WELCOME, NURSE KRISTY

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Nurse Kristy our newest wellness nurse! Based in Lapeer, Kristy will be serving clients throughout Lapeer and surrounding areas within approximately an hour. We’re excited to have her bring her passion for holistic health and wellness to our Veda family. What drew you to working in wellness/healthcare?

My Mom has been a Nurse for 20+ years, I have always dreamed of following her footsteps. Health and wellness has become very important to me in my more recent years of nursing as I have a strong passion for holistic approach type of medicine. 

What is your role at Veda Hydration?

Health and Wellness RN

How long have you been with the company?

2 months

What aspect of your job at Veda do you enjoy the most?

I enjoy the close friendships that have very quickly grown to be like family, as well as the flexibility in our schedules. I enjoy the ability to make others feel better in a holistic approach, instead of modern-day medicine.

What’s your favorite IV drip or booster?

I actually had my first patient today and administered multiple booster shots, but I'm excited to gain experience with IV drip administrations. 

What’s one wellness tip that you swear by and always recommend to clients?

Listen to your body, instead of solely the symptoms that may be showing. 

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had while working at Veda?

I have only been to the office twice, although the warm welcoming was truly amazing to be a part of!

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a long day?

I LOVE going for a walk with my husband and dogs, we have a really nice nature trail near our home that's always relaxing.
